PHILHEALTH Region 10 led by vice president for Northern Mindanao Delio Aseron III holds a blood donation drive, urging their valued partners and their representatives to donate blood, a continuing daily need in our community. The activity was held February 28 at SM Downtown in Cagayan de Oro City.
