Pares Ta Bai – serving original taste and high quality beef at a great value

IF you want to experience what real pares from Manila tastes like, then patronize Pares Ta Bai! That’s because Pares Ta Bai was founded by a Manileño who has settled in CDO for good. And who missed what real beef pares looks like. So he replicated the whole thing and Pares Ta Bai was born in January this year. Originally intended as a food cart that vended along Corrales Avenue at night, Pares Ta Bai garnered so many customers that Melvin (that’s the owner!) decided to put up a stop in the middle of Dvsoria, this city. Pares Ta Bai opened its doors last August at Miranda Bldg along Toribio Chavez St. here in Cagayan de Oro City. It serves various beef pares variants such as standalone beef pares or with mami and garlic rice plus add-ons such as boiled egg.

On the side, they also serve beef siomai and pretty soon, they’ll have a line of fruit sodas (green apple sparkle, blue lemon sparkle, blueberry sparkle, lychee sparkle, four seasons sparkle). Pares Ta Bai is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12 midnight and can be ordered via Grab too. Yet Melvin has not abandoned his food cart. Pares Ta Bai can be found parked near Phinma-COC each lunch time and back at Corrales Avenue near Lokal during the evenings. Pares Ta Bai – mas lami pa sa imong pares!
