Machoonok Lechon House and G join forces in opening simultaneously at the same location along Gomez St. in between Capistrano and Burgos Streets, this city.
Apart from the usual lechon manok variants, Machoonok Lechon House will offer peri-peri – a first in the city.
What is peri-peri? Peri-peri is a chili native to Portugal whose juice is used as marinade for chicken. It is famous all around the globe but it seems it has only entered the Filipino palate recently.
Other variants available at Machoonok Lechon House are your regular lechon manok, liempo, fried chicken, fried liempo, regular liempo, liempo sisig, crispy pata hock and lechon manok sisig.
They can either be ordered for takeout or dined in.
The place – which will start operating this February 23 – will open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
To simultaneously open is G which is a catering service specializing in Indian food.
G is ideal for special occasions where you can order silog meals, value meals, Hyderabad biryani, Indian egg biryani, buttered chicken, tandoori chicken and nasi lemak.
