hits back at the former mayor saying Cagayan de Oro is just fine with Mayor Klarex Uy.

"It is as if he left the local government in good shape," said BenCyrus G. Ellorin of the watchdog Pinoy Aksyon for Governance and the Environment.

The list of incomplete and sub standard projects in the previous administration is very long, like the trail of unpaid obligations which run in billions.

"People understand that Mayor Klarex Uy is silently putting the City Hall in order," said Ellorin, a former communications consultant of Moreno.

Perhaps he keeps on hitting Klarex as he cannot show real and verifiable accomplishments in his nine years at City Hall.

Among the list of controversial projects are the mothballed cold storage at the City Engineering compound, 33 incomplete school buildings, Tablon hospital without access road, school lot within the golf course in Patag, sub-standard Lumbia Hospital which is operated as an infirmary now.

The list can go on and on, Oca's former consultant said.
