4ID Participates in the 128th Commemoration of Rizal's Martyrdom

The 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division joined the entire nation in marking the 128th anniversary of the martyrdom of the Philippine National Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, through a solemn flag-raising and wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal Monument, Plaza Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City, on December 30, 2024.
