DICT-10 Awards Villanueva LGU For Advancing Digital Governance

December 2,2025, Cagayan de Oro City_ The local government unit of Villanueva, Misamis Oriental was awarded Tuesday by the 10th Regional Office of the Department of Information and Communications Technology in recognition of the1st class municipality's unwavering commitment to advancing digital governance.

On hand to personally receive the award was Mayor Julio Uy, who was also cited for his exemplary leadership thereby empowering Villanueva with an efficient, transparent and citizen-centered delivery of public service.
