The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) is poised to implement several key water projects to further improve the water services in Cagayan de Oro City, thanks to the steadfast leadership of LWUA Chairman Ronnie Ong and Administrator Atty. Jose Moises Salonga. Their visionary guidance is expected to enhance the infrastructure and operations of the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD), ensuring better water access and services for the city's growing population.
The Cagayan de Oro City Water District has expressed deep gratitude for the support and clear direction provided by LWUA, recognizing the pivotal role the agency plays in the continuous development of the city's water management system. The collaborative efforts between LWUA and COWD are aimed at addressing both current water supply challenges and future demand, ensuring that residents have consistent access to safe and clean water.
The COWD emphasized that with the ongoing projects and support from LWUA, they are optimistic about meeting the water needs of Cagayan de Oro's diverse communities.
