Little Maldita Ice Cream opens CDO branch
THERE are lots of homemade ice cream products sprouting everywhere but what makes Little Maldita Ice Cream stand out is its stickler for safety.
Little Maldita Ice Cream was founded in 2021 in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The opening last December 22 of an outlet along Pabayo-San Agustin streets in Cagayan de Oro City is their first venture outside Manolo Fortich.
Little Maldita Ice Cream is founded by couple Kiev and Loren Hibaya who are not just both ice cream lovers at heart but also strict when it comes to the safety and quality of the products they sell. In fact, all of the flavors they sell are all pure and devoid of preservatives
Their first flavor – made of activated charcoal – was an instant hit in the Manolo Fortich area especially in their barangay Tankulan.
The supply of activated charcoal came directly from Davao City which is exported to Japan to be used in other edible products there.
From activated charcoal, the duo began tinkering with other flavors. Here in Little Maldita Ice Cream Shop CDO, the following flavors are available in cones and cups: matcha, strawberry, cookies and cream, ube, buko pandan, raspberry, choco mint and chocolate. Toppings available are mallows, rice crispies, sprinkles, choco syrup and wafer.
Little Maldita Ice Cream Shop also has seasonal flavors available. For instance, strawberry is available on Valentines and mango is available during summer so do watch out for that.
An even better news is that you can mix several flavors at once (especially with the cup size which has a total of seven scoops. That’s seven scoops of different flavors, man!)
Little Maldita Ice Cream Shop is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily including Sundays.
