GOURMANDS rejoice because your favorite pater is at last available now here in Cagayan de Oro. The famous Pater Al-Kuwait from Iligan City has opened its fourth branch here in Cagayan de Oro City just last June 29 across Xavier University Gym. Pater Al-Kuwait's pater is available in beef, chicken and tuna. They are offered solo, meal, double pater and lumpia + pater. They also offer siomai meals, fried chicken meals and barkadahan meals.
For dessert, they offer revel bar, cassava cake, macaroni salad and halo-halo. Palapa is a sweet and spicy condiment made of thinly chopped sibujing, chili peppers and ginger. In Maranao areas, it serves as a staple of every meal often served with rice and viand that as a combination is known as pater. Speaking of palapa, Pater Al-Kuwait (Corrales) also sells bottled palapa for 200g and 100g. They are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For delivery, they are available soon in Foodpanda.
