Charles-Atelier Fashion House holds Halloween party

CHARLES-Atelier Fashion House which is based here in Cagayan de Oro City recently held their Halloween party.

Charles Montenegro started as a designer since 2011 at Louise until 2013. From 2014 to 2018, he was a freelance designer and by 2019, Charles decided to establish his own shop Charles-Atelier Fashion House.

Today, Charles-Atelier Fashion House is making gowns and suites for the whole wedding entourage and other formal occasions such as debuts, proms and other special functions on a made to order basis.

As shown in this article, two of Charles’ prestigious clients are Lumba-Bayabao,

Lanao del Sur Mayor Mahar Dagalangit and the first lady of Maguing, Lanao del Sur.
