58IB Troops Find Arms Cache

The 58th Infantry “Dimalulupig” Battalion, under the operational control of the 402nd Infantry (Stingers) Brigade, discovered an arms cache of the SRSDG Eagles, Sub-Regional Committee (SRC) 1, NCMRC at Balingasag, Misamis Oriental last January 18, 2025.

The successful discovery of the arms cache was made possible through the revelation of a member of the Indigenous Peoples (IP) community situated in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.

The discovery of the arms cache containing one (1) AK47 and an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) is a testament of the collaboration with the IP Community towards attaining peace and development in Misamis Oriental.
