PPR Strategy, Marching Order Of New PRO-10 RD

October 8,2025,Camp Alagar, Cagayan de Oro City_Newly- installed Director of the Police Regional Office 10 or PRO-10, PBGen. Christopher Abrahano Wednesday outlined his anti-crime strategy framework as PPR, or Prevent, Prepare and Respond.

In formal turnover ceremonies of the leadership of PRO10 with no less than PNP Chief PLt. Gen. Jose Nartatez, Jr. officiating, outgoing Acting Regional Director PBGen. Rolindo Soguilon reported the drastic reduction of the crime rate in the region in his less than 3 months tenure since assuming as acting RD of PRO10, especially in the campaign against illegal drugs with millions worth of siezures. Gen. Soguilon, who hails from El Salvador City in Misamis Oriental, also acknowledged the valuable support of other law enforcement agencies like the PDEA, among others, in their anti-illegal drugs campaigns.

In a press briefing, PRO10 spokesperson PMajor Joan Navarro reiterated PRO10's renewed commitment in crime prevention and apprehension.
