Mis. Or. PNP Director: 5-Minute Response Time Assured

July 28, 2025, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental_PCol. Wilbur M. Salaguste, Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Director, Monday assured the public that the 5-minute response time to reported criminal activities has been enhanced with the influx of new and efficient communication and transportation support.

In an exclusive interview with the Mindanao Reporter, Col. Salaguste said that although this response time has been implemented since the early 2000's, this has been complemented with brand new and dedicated communication equipment.
