Mayor Klarex Uy Swears In Tabac As ABC President

July 7, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_Mayor Rolando "Klarex" Uy Monday formally swore in Gusa Punong Barangay Marlo Tabac as the new Association of Barangay Councils President Cagayan de Oro Chapter. Tabac succeeds Hon. Yan Lam "Alam" Lim who was elected as City Councilor of the 2nd district.

Kapitan Tabac will sit in the City Council as an Ex-officio councilor representing the local Liga Ng Mga Barangay.

Tabac was given a certificate of confirmation from the National Liga Ng Mga Barangay, a requirement

asked by Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez for Tabac to assume as sectoral representative in the 21st City Council.
