Mayor Klarex Upholds Roots in Service to the People

In a heartfelt message during a meeting with the residents of Barangay Carmen on January 23, Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy expressed his unwavering commitment to serving the people, stating, “I will never forget where I came from, the barangay where I first had the opportunity to serve the people.”       Accompanied by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, Barangay Captain Kikang KapKik Uy, and the entire One Kagay-an Kauban ang Katawhan team, Mayor Uy greeted and interacted with the community in a warm and lively session.

Mayor Uy expressed gratitude to the people of Barangay Carmen for their warm welcome and continued support. His message reinforced his dedication to always prioritizing the needs of the people he serves, wherever they are in the city.
