Manual Crew Slowbar, brewing and pouring, one cup at a time

CONCEPTUALIZED in General Santos City, Manual Crew Slowbar is now serving coffee enthusiasts here in Cagayan de Oro City and neighboring areas.

Manual Crew Slowbar is a pop-up, serving manually brewed handcrafted espresso drinks and specialty coffees.

It is ably created and managed by Nikki Adrianne Louise Flaviano, a multi-awarded barista who has been a judge in various competitions from here to Manila to Jakarta since 2022.

As teasers, here are some of the drinks they offer: aji bourbon, kinatami orange, origami dripper pour over, matcha cloud, matcha yuzu, barista secret drink, pink latte, yuzu Americano, cha kaew, sinampalokan and more.
