August 20,2025, Cagayan de Oro City_The Misamis Oriental Philippine Councilor'sLeague (PCL) has elected a new leader.

Louie Jarales, councilor of Initao municipality, won unopposed during Wednesday's quorom of councilors from the 23 towns and two cities of the province.

Jarales outlined his plans for the league in this exclusive interview with the Mindanao Reporter.
