Iponan Folk Assured Of Stable Water Supply By October's End

October 15, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_Barangay Iponan residents will soon enjoy uninterrupted water supply by the end of this month.
In an exclusive interview with the Mindanao Reporter, Iponan Punong Barangay Vengie Reyes assured his constituents of sustained water flow after Reyes met with Cagayan de Oro Water District, (COWD) General Manager Edna Najeal and aired the complaints of Iponan dwellers who are currently experiencing low pressure to no water in his village. The commissioning was led by City Mayor Rolando "Klarex Uy.
Kapitan Reyes said that Iponan residents are expecting a stable water supply after COWD bought bulk water from South Balibago Resources Incorporated last week to service four thousand and five hundred households in the area.
Reyes added that COWD assured him that fully pressurized and stable water supply will definitely resume after October 31 this year.
