Girlie Balaba: Team One Kagay-an, Kauba Ang Katawhan To Positively Change Oro Governance

Cagayan de Oro City_Incumbent city councilor Mercedes Joyleen "Girlie" Balaba is optimistic that positive change will prevail once the entire One Kagay-an coalition is elected this May midterm polls.

Balaba, a two-term legislator and a strong advocate for social services, hopes that her aspirations for a more parcipatory evolvement in the next Sangguniang Panglungsod.
