FINALLY enthusiasts at Camp Evangelista Golf Driving Range can enjoy their breaks in between honing their skills by sipping a cup of coffee at The Coffee Sanctuary.
The Coffee Sanctuary is located just near the entrance of the Army camp in Patag, Cagayan de Oro City which is where the golf range starts.
The Coffee Sanctuary is a creation of fresh Xavier University marketing graduate Claire Angelica Garceniego who as early as December last year had already set her sights to establish a café. The opportunity came in February when Claire was allowed to erect her own coffee and snacks shop near the driving range. And boy do they serve such delicious offerings! Aside from coffee, eat your heart out with any of the following dishes: sizzling sisig, kare-kare, pork adobo, lechon kawali, chicken fillet, garlic fried chicken, chicken curry, kinilaw, sinuglaw, calamares, garlic and butter shrimp, sotanghon, lomi, pancit guisado and all-day breakfast (spamsilog, tocilog, cornsilog, longsilog, tapsilog, bangus-silog).
They also serve snacks (cheese stick, tuna sandwich, nachos & fries, clubhouse) and pasta (spaghetti, carbonara, chicken pesto, Spanish sardines, shrimp pasta). Pair that with any of the following: Americano, latte, mocha, hazelnut, caramel, Spanish latte, butterscotch, macadamia nut, salted caramel, vanilla, English toffee, French vanilla, white chocolate, roasted hazelnut, cinnamon, matcha, milk chocolate or milky white chocolate.
The Coffee Sanctuary is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. and on Sundays at 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy the food and the vibe only at The Coffee Sanctuary.
