Drug Testing At CdeO City Council

July 29, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_The regular session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of this city Monday was temporarily suspended as agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency X (PDEA-10) conducted a surprise drug test for councilors and their respective staff.

The drug testing was done in compliance with City Ordinance 13292-2017 which aims to make City Hall a drug-free workplace.

All city councilors and their respective staff actively participated in the random drug testing in support of the local government unit's drive against illegal drugs and in preserving integrity in public service.
