PIA LANAO DEL NORTE: The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Department of Migrant Workers - National Reintegration Center for OFWs (DMW-NRCO) turned-over a total of P1,080,000 worth of cash assistance to selected beneficiaries here. Two cooperatives and one association received P300,000 each, while five individuals received P20,000 each under DOLE's Integrated Livelihood Program Distribution (DILP). Moreover, eight returning OFWs received P10,000 each under the Balik Pinay! Balik Hanapbuhay! Program (BPBH) grant of the DMW-NRCO. Governor Imelda 'Angging' Dela Cruz Quibranza expressed her gratitude to DOLE and DMW-NRCO. She said that the provincial government through Public Employment Service Office will always continue to assist them. ( AAAlikhan)
