Dept. Of Agriculture 10 Signs MOA Supporting National Anti-Poverty Commission

August 22, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_No less than Secretary Lope B. Santos III, as National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) Lead Convenor, and Department of Agriculture Field Office 10 (DAFO10) Director Jose Apollo Pacamalan signed Friday a Memorandum of Agreement for Institutional Support for the priority programs of the NAPC.

On hand to welcome guests and delegates to the Regional Sectoral Conference, under the Regional Basic Sector Coordinating Council X, was NAPC-10 Regional Director Ana Caneda.

Senator Paolo Benigno Aquino sent a video message while Misamis Oriental Board Member Princess Emano represented Governor Juliette Uy.

Director Caneda reported on the highlights of the recent Philippine Poverty Summit while Fermelo Enaya, Region 10's Oversight Sectoral Representative, presented the 14 Basic Sectoral Council's Priority Agenda, guidelines and amendments.
