October 15, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_1st District Congressman Attorney Lordan Suan Wednesday dispelled Bagiuo Mayor Benjamin Magalong's claim that solar studs installed along major thoroughfares in Suan's district are overpriced.
Rep. Suan said that the Department of Public Works and Highways, DPWH, is the agency tasked with setting the standards for the quality of project materials and pricing.
The Working Congressman cast doubts on Mayor Magalong's allegations, as Suan questioned Magalong's basis for the latter's pronouncements regarding projects and materials pricing.
