City Hall Celebrates Promotions: Over 30 Employees Recognized for Outstanding Performance

Cagayan de Oro, Philippines - In a meaningful ceremony that recognized employee achievements, Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy officially promoted more than 30 dedicated city workers during a special swearing-in event on Tuesday afternoon.
