CdeO's New Garbage Collecting Contractor Starts Operations

September 26,2025,Cagayan de Oro City _ Reletively new garbage compactor trucks painted bright green, began collecting garbage around the city Friday after contract signing Thursday with the local government unit of this city.

Standard Systems Water and Wastewater Technologies Inc. today deployed green-colored garbage compactor trucks around the city. Residents noted that the colors of the trucks allegedly jived with the favorite hue of Mayor Klarex Uy's administration.

Being a newbie, employees were bereft of safety and sanitary equipment like face masks, gloves, safety shoes and even lacked shovels and other necessary gear.
