During the open forum, various issues and concerns were aired by the attendees and were promptly addressed by DPWH-10 top brass, project engineers, technical people and public relations personnel and by the District Engineer herself, Ana Lee Manzano. When asked if there are projects that are unfinished, Engineer Manzano explained that this has not happened in her district. Although, she added, there have been some delays but their office is constantly coordinating with contractors concerned. She also explained that there have been challenges like road clearing operations and right of way situations that have hindered their progress.

Other concerns were raised during the town hall meeting, including the flooding problem in Sitio Bulao in Barangay Iponan and the water overflow along the national highway in Kauswagan. Manzano assured the attendees that these issues will be resolved as soon as the weather situation allows.
