CdeO Recognised As Governance Hub

Under the leadership of Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy, Cagayan de Oro has been recognized as a Governance Hub by the Galing Pook Foundation, which emphasizes participatory, transparent, and effective governance.

With the support of the USAID CHANGE Project, the city serves as a model for neighboring towns and municipalities in implementing development initiatives that are grounded in justice and passion.
