CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – On January 23, 2025, Ms. Louise Donna S. Dela Peña, PSO Manager of the Philippine Army Financial and Career Pension Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC) in Cagayan de Oro, along with her delegation, paid a courtesy visit to Brigadier General Consolito P. Yecla, Assistant Division Commander of the 4th Infantry Division (4ID), at Camp Evangelista, Patag. The visit underscored the growing collaboration between the 4ID and financial institutions like PAFCPIC, both reaffirming their shared commitment to improving the welfare of soldiers through various initiatives. Discussions focused on strengthening financial and livelihood support for military personnel and their families.
Brigadier General Yecla expressed his gratitude for the partnership, highlighting that the cooperation between 4ID and PAFCPIC plays a vital role in ensuring soldiers' well-being. He emphasized that financial support is essential not only for operational readiness but also for boosting the morale of soldiers and their loved ones.
He further noted that such partnerships contribute to creating a positive environment for soldiers, enabling them to serve the country with greater dedication and effectiveness.
