3 NIGHTSPOTS TAGGED FOR VIOLATIONS

Last Friday’s (Apr. 25) citywide inspection by Cagayan de Oro City Hall’s Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) resulted in three establishments being issued Ordinance Violation Receipts (OVR).
