18 Candidates from different barangays join Mr. Cagayan de Oro 2023 this year. Participants come from Barangay Camaman-an, Bugo, Lapasan, Macasandig, Tablon, Consolacion, Bulua, Carmen, Puntod, Gusa, Balulang, Canitoan, Macabalan, Nazareth, Patag, Kauswagan, Barangay 9 and Barangay 14. The Press conference and presentation was held last April 15, 2023 at Amaya View, Indahag Cagayan de Oro City.
Mr. Cagayan de Oro will be ranked into the top 3 : 1.Mr. CDO Pilipinas 2023 2.Mr. CDO Maharlika 2023 3.Mr. CDO Brand Ambassador for Tourism 2023
