FOR Kagay-anons who want to take a sip of Valencia City's environment-friendly cafe Mon Amour, come visit Limketkai Rotunda till Saturday (July 16) in the ongoing Sikwate and Coffee Fair. Based in Robinsons Place Valencia, Mon Amour derives its name from owner Thresha Amor Cornilla's love of coffee. So it is actually a portmanteau, "amour" being French for "love" and the owner's actual name.

Mon Amour serves cold drinks (iced Americano, Mon Amour iced latte, iced caramel macchiato, iced vanilla latte, iced choco milk); hot drinks (hot Americano, Mon Amour latte, cappuccino, pour over coffee, hot choco milk); bottled drinks (chocolate milk, classic milk tea, wintermelon milk tea, Thai milk tea, bamboo charcoal milk tea, dirty matcha latte); and fruit pop soda (blueberry soda, strawberry soda, green apple soda, blue lemonade soda, four seasons soda). Pair that with any of the following: pasta (chicken whtie pasta, herb & garlic pasta with grilled chicken, grilled chicken pesto, Bolognese pasta with Swedish meatballs, spicy shrip aglio 'e olio); bubble waffle (matcha bubble waffle, red velvet bubble waffle, chocolate with choco bits, waffle with syrup); churros; cookies (matcha cookies, classic cookies, s'mores cookies, double chocolate, red velvet delight); and snacks (egg spread sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, 3-cheese sandwich). Mon Amour is socially conscious as an enterprise. It only serves in strawless lids and hands over wooden forks for patrons to use.

It is also planning to link with coffee farmers in Pangantucan to ensure that growers there will have a sustaining livelihood. Your daily dose of refreshing and creamy milk teas and iced coffee only at Mon Amour!
