MAYORS from various cities and municipalities in Region 10 sign a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to participate in the Smart and Sustainable Cities project. Among them are Iligan City Mayor Frederick Siao, Magsaysay (Misamis Oriental) Mayor Charlie Buhisan and Cagayan de Oro City Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya.
