Cugman's Road Leading To Heritage Tree Only 66.94 % Complete?

November 16, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City_Former Ako Bicol Partylist Representative Zaldy Co, thru his Facebook page, recently released a list of infrastructural projects nationwide that are allegedly incomplete and non-existent or ghost projects.

Co, the beleaguered former chairman of the House of Representatives' appropriations committee, posted a detailed report showing the projects, project budgets, names of contractors and accomplishment percentages.

Among the numerous projects enumerated in Co's list include the construction of the road leading to the CDO Heritage Tree in Malasag Barangay Cugman this city, tagged as 25KDOO62, which had been allocated a budget of a hundred million pesos implemented by Suprea Phil. Development Corp. under the supervision of the 2nd Engineering District of the Department of Public Works and Highways, (DPWH), of this city.
