BASED in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, Brew Box is the only mobile café operating in that area encompassing four towns.
Run by newbie and young yet diligent entrepreneur John Cayman Dungog, Brew Box is offering cold and hot espresso, Americano, fresh brewed coffee, latte, classic caramel, Spanish latte, salted caramel and French vanilla latte. It also offers non-coffee based hot choco, hot match, ice pink strawberry and iced matcha.
In this interview, the 22-year-old John Cayman who is currently on training at Jamaican F&B Institute, said that he is inspired by the several bike-based coffee shops sprouting in the city and intended to introduce the same concept in his area.
Thus even though he is still continuing his barista and hotel and restaurant management studies at Lourdes College, John Cayman put up Brew Box near the fountain area at Poblacion, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental.
To the delight of the Jasaanons, Brew Box is open everyday from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Of course it’s not just Jasaan residents who frequent Brew Box and taste their sumptuous coffee. Travelers from Cagayan de Oro to Butuan cities also drop by and buy their drink and food offerings as well as folks from the adjacent towns of Balingasag, Villanueva and Tagoloan. (Brew Box sells cookies and choco moist cupcake too.)
So drop by Brew Box today.
